Job summary

Aldwych Consulting Ltd is hiring a Bid Manager to lead the full bid lifecycle for major UK water and infrastructure projects within the Work Winning team. You will collaborate with technical, operational and senior stakeholders to craft compelling, compliant, and commercially focused submissions that win bids, while shaping strategy and managing multiple deadlines across critical infrastructure sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading major bids end-to-end within a Tier 1 contractor.
• Strong civil engineering and construction knowledge.
• Water sector experience is highly advantageous.
• AMPM accreditation at Foundation, Practitioner or Professional level—or willingness to pursue it.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage major bids from opportunity through to submission.
• Develop compelling, compliant and value-driven proposals.
• Work closely with technical and operational teams to develop winning solutions.
• Engage with senior stakeholders and influence key decisions.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, contributors and deadlines.
