Job summary

Anderselite Ltd is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to drive work winning across Industrial, Commercial, Healthcare and Heritage sectors. You will lead opportunities, coordinate the bid process from BD to post-tender, and manage governance while building strong relationships with Clients, Consultants and Supply Chain.

The role requires leadership of bid teams, ability to develop detailed bid programmes, and a proactive approach to improving bid processes within a Tier 1 contractor environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in private sector bidding is valued.
• Ability to respond quickly to changing situations.
• Experience of managing work winning corporate governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead work winning opportunities across sectors.
• Support complete work winning process from BD to post tender.
• Build relationships with Clients, Consultants and Supply Chain.
• Develop detailed bid programmes and allocate resources.
• Develop bid budgets and monitor throughout the bid process.
• Manage governance at corporate and functional levels.
• Develop qualitative responses for bids when required.
• Lead qualitative bid reviews and maintain CRM data.
• Support improvement of bid processes and evidence gathering.
