WPS in London is seeking an experienced Bid Manager to own end-to-end bid processes and craft compelling tender responses for major contracts in social housing, property services, and facilities management.

You will lead a team of Bid Writers and Coordinators, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely, compliant submissions that showcase WPS strengths and value. The role requires strong content creation and governance discipline.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' bid writing and bid management experience.
• Experience in social housing, facilities management, or compliance bids is a plus.
• Ability to lead win themes and respond to complex tenders.
