The Client
Harmonic are delighted to be working with a renowned architecture practice in London in their search for a Bid Manager. Known for their innovative and high-impact designs, this practice has a strong reputation within the commercial, residential, and cultural sectors. The first role of its kind, this opportunity offers great potential to own the Bids function and assist the Partner and Director of New Business.
The firm fosters a creative working environment, with hot-desking spaces in their beautiful office based in East London. With a focus on design excellence and sustainability, they provide a platform for professional growth within a dynamic, forward-thinking studio.
The Role
This Bid Manager role is a key position within the practice, responsible for managing the entire bid process from start to finish. The successful candidate will work closely with the Principal and Senior Team to manage high-quality bid documents, PQQs, and competition entries.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of bid managing experience in the architecture or construction sectors, with excellent written communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects autonomously. The role also offers the opportunity to foster press relationships and pursue networking and speaking engagements for the senior team.
