The Client

Harmonic is working with a renowned architecture practice in London. Known for innovative and high-impact designs, they have a strong reputation across commercial, residential, and cultural sectors. This is a unique opportunity to own the Bids function and support the Partner and Director of New Business.

The firm offers a creative environment with hot-desking in their East London office. Focused on design excellence and sustainability, they provide growth opportunities within a dynamic studio.

The Role

This Bid Manager role is key, managing the entire bid process from start to finish. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Principal and Senior Team on bid documents, PQQs, and competition entries.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of bid management experience in architecture or construction, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects independently. There are also opportunities to develop press relationships and networking for the senior team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the full bid process, ensuring timely, high-quality submissions.
• Collaborate with leadership on bid documents, PQQs, competition entries, and case studies.
• Develop tailored fee structures and client proposals.
• Understand the sector and the firm's unique offerings.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of bid management experience
• Experience in architecture, interior design, or construction sectors
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and InDesign
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Preferred:

• Interest in architecture industry
