Responsibilities
- Proven experience managing the full bid lifecycle in the construction or social housing sector
- Strong people management skills with the ability to motivate, mentor and develop a team
- Extensive knowledge of UK procurement regulations and processes
- Experience creating, developing and managing robust bid processes with strong governance
- Excellent writing, communication and stakeholder management skills
- High levels of organisation, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
- A proactive approach, with a knack for spotting opportunities and improving processes
- Willingness to occasionally work flexible hours when needed for deadlines or client engagements
- A full, clean UK driving licence
Qualifications
- Degree-level education or equivalent (Desirable, but not essential)
- Relevant professional qualifications
- Previous tender/proposal writing experience
