CAP Resourcing LTD is seeking a hands-on Bid Manager to turn opportunities into compelling submissions for a leading multidisciplinary design practice. You will support an international portfolio and work across local, national and international bids.

The role requires five or more years in bid management or related fields, strong writing and organizational skills, and proficiency with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite. Hybrid work 3–4 days per week in the office is also offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in bid management, bid writing, technical or creative writing, or business development.
• Experience leading end-to-end bids with multiple stakeholders and technical disciplines.
• Excellent writing, copy editing and proofreading with a meticulous eye for detail and quality.
• A solid understanding of SQ forms, pre-qualification processes and formal tender submissions.
• Strong organization and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to work collaboratively across teams.
• Experience within architecture, engineering, construction or related fields is advantageous.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a high performing, collaborative work winning team within a leading multidisciplinary design practice, supporting its growing international portfolio and working on exceptional projects across the built environment. You’ll help shape winning proposals for a diverse range of local, national and international opportunities.

What are we looking for?

• At least five years' relevant experience in bid management, bid writing, technical or creative writing, or business development.
• Strong experience managing complex, end-to-end bids involving multiple stakeholders and technical disciplines.
• Excellent writing, copy editing and proofreading skills, with a meticulous eye for detail and quality.
• A solid understanding of SQ forms, pre-qualification processes and formal tender submissions.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Strong communication and relationship building skills, with the confidence to work collaboratively across teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience within architecture, engineering, construction or a related creative or technical environment would be highly advantageous.

Experience with bid management systems, CRM platforms and asset management tools would also be beneficial.
