Job summary

Adecco Portugal is seeking a Bid Executive to join our commercial team in Stansted. You will translate client needs into precise, workable technical solutions and collaborate with KAMs and other stakeholders to craft tailored bid responses for major projects.

In this office-based role, you will monitor specifications, ensure pricing accuracy and deadlines, own the bid content, and act as the technical liaison between Sales, Engineering and Commercial functions to help win new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bid development experience is desirable.
• Ability to translate client needs into workable technical solutions.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Bid Development: Prepare accurate, tailored bid responses for major projects, collaborating with KAMs and other stakeholders.
• Solution Design: Understand client challenges and build technical solutions that fit their needs, spec, and budget.
• Spec Tracking: Monitor specifications released to tender and ensure alignment.
• Documentation & Accuracy: Own the details, ensuring technical content, pricing, compliance, and deadlines are spot-on.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the technical go-between for Sales, Engineering, and Commercial functions during the bid process.
• Process Improvement: Help shape and evolve our bid process as we scale.

Hours: 9am-5pm, Mon-Fri (Office based)

Location: Stansted

Salary: Up to 30,000

What you'll be doing:

• Documentation & Accuracy: Own the details, ensuring technical content, pricing, compliance, and deadlines are spot-on.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the technical go-between for Sales, Engineering, and Commercial functions during the bid process.
• Process Improvement: Help shape and evolve our bid process as we scale.
