As a Bid Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in delivering high-value, strategically important bids—supporting programmes worth billions of pounds that underpin national security and defence capability. You’ll work at the heart of our Business Growth function, coordinating complex proposals, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring every submission meets the highest standards.
This is a dynamic, fast-paced role where you’ll collaborate with experienced bid professionals and stakeholders across Business Development, Engineering, Commercial, Finance, and operational teams.
