Babcock in Bristol is seeking a Bid Manager to drive our Business Winning strategy from PQQ through to Contract Award. You will lead colour team reviews, perform competitor analysis, and coordinate bid programmes, working with opportunity owners and BD teams to craft winning submissions.

Your day-to-day tasks will include leading the execution of our Business Winning strategy, conducting colour team reviews to ensure top-notch proposals, performing in-depth competitor analysis to stay ahead of the game, and overseeing win strategy reviews and boards to refine our approach. You'll manage and be accountable for bid programmes from Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) to Contract Award, ensuring every step is executed flawlessly.
This role is full time, 37 hours per week, and based in Bristol offering hybrid working
