Project Four Building Safety Experts Ltd. is seeking an organised bid coordinator to drive our tender process from opportunity to submission. You will convert technical input into compliant, persuasive bid responses and manage the end-to-end workflow from kickoff to client submission.
You will monitor tender portals, maintain a bid library and ensure deadlines are met while coordinating with senior colleagues for input and approvals. Based primarily in Liverpool, with occasional travel as needed.
P4 isn't your typical safety consultancy. We exist to bring clarity, pace and real-world support to an industry often bogged down in red tape and vague advice. We work with clients, design teams and contractors across the UK from offices in Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds and London.
We talk like real people. We are not here to impress with jargon or hide behind processes – we are here to help clients make smart decisions, avoid risk and deliver safer, better buildings. Our Building Safety Act team is growing, and this role is central to that growth.
We recognise that every person is unique, and we work hard to build a culture where everyone can be themselves. Whether that means flexibility around individual needs or simply making sure people have someone to talk to when they need it, we want everyone here to feel welcome, heard and valued.
Department: Operations - Office Based
Location: Liverpool - On Site
Compensation: £40,000 - £45,000 / year
This role will be office-based at our Liverpool head office on Mann Island, Liverpool Waterfront, with occasional travel to our Manchester, Leeds and London offices. The hours are 40 a week, Monday to Friday.
You’ll be the person who makes our bids happen. Our technical people know building safety inside out, and you’ll turn that expertise into clear, compliant, winning submissions, delivered on time. You’ll own the process from opportunity to submission, freeing our directors and consultants to focus on the content only they can provide.
This is a chance to shape how a growing specialist consultancy bids. You’ll build the processes, content library and habits that become “how we do it here”.
You don't need a building safety background, but you do need to be organised, precise and a strong writer who can pick up a technical subject quickly.
This role is powered by Vadella - a growing group of specialist compliance businesses in fire safety, water hygiene, asbestos, HVAC and health & safety, giving you the backing and opportunities of a bigger group.
We assess every application on its merits and welcome applicants from all backgrounds.
