Project Four in Liverpool is seeking a Bid Coordinator to manage the end-to-end bid process for our Building Safety Act projects. You will convert technical input into clear, compliant submissions and ensure on-time delivery from opportunity to submission.
You will own the bid lifecycle, build a content library, and coordinate cross-functional input from our technical teams to strengthen proposals. This role offers an office-based environment with opportunities for travel to other offices.
Department: Operations - Office Based
Employment Type: Full Time
Location: Liverpool - On Site
Reporting To: TBC
Compensation: £40,000 - £45,000 / year
P4 isn't your typical safety consultancy. We exist to bring clarity, pace and real-world support to an industry often bogged down in red tape and vague advice. We work with clients, design teams and contractors across the UK from offices in Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds and London.
We talk like real people. We are not here to impress with jargon or hide behind processes — we are here to help clients make smart decisions, avoid risk and deliver safer, better buildings. Our Building Safety Act team is growing, and this role is central to that growth.
We recognise that every person is unique, and we work hard to build a culture where everyone can be themselves. Whether that means flexibility around individual needs or simply making sure people have someone to talk to when they need it, we want everyone here to feel welcome, heard and valued.
This role will be office-based at our Liverpool head office on Mann Island, Liverpool Waterfront, with occasional travel to our Manchester, Leeds and London offices. The hours are 40 a week, Monday to Friday.
You’ll be the person who makes our bids happen. Our technical people know building safety inside out, and you’ll turn that expertise into clear, compliant, winning submissions, delivered on time. You’ll own the process from opportunity to submission, freeing our directors and consultants to focus on the content only they can provide.
This is a chance to shape how a growing specialist consultancy bids. You’ll build the processes, content library and habits that become "how we do it here".
You don’t need a building safety background, but you do need to be organised, precise and a strong writer who can pick up a technical subject quickly.
