Pod-Trak Limited in Uxbridge, West London, is seeking a dedicated Bid Coordinator to join our busy bid department. You will support PQQs, supplier pre-qualifications, bids and frameworks, coordinating the quality elements of submissions alongside the Bid Manager.
You will liaise with Estimators, Planners and Pre-Construction Lead, build reusable bid content, manage bid trackers and reporting, and help maintain insurances, accreditations, and related records.

Pod-Trak is looking for a Bid Coordinator to join our busy bid department, based in Uxbridge, West London.
Working closely with the Bid Manager and the Pre-Construction team, the position will be key to providing a professional and efficient service in support of PQQs, supply chain enquiries, supplier pre-qualifications, bids, and tenders.
The primary responsibility will be to coordinate the quality element of bids, working in partnership with the Bid Manager. They will also be expected to liaise with the Estimators, Planners, and Pre-Construction Lead, coordinating enquiries as necessary.
