Job summary

Voi Technology in London is seeking a Proposal & Content Manager to own the content workstream for tenders across Europe. You will turn complex city requirements, technical specs and policy commitments into persuasive proposals that make Voi the obvious choice for city officials.

You will coordinate with technical, legal, financial and operations teams, adapt content for non-English markets, and manage document control from draft to submission, building a reusable library for future bids.

Qualifications

• 4-6 years in bid or tender writing or proposal management.
• Excellent written English; additional European language writing is a plus.
• Familiarity with public sector procurement and compliance.
• Experience coordinating input from technical, legal, financial andOperational teams.

Responsibilities

• Own content planning, drafting, reviewing and finalising tender documentation.
• Research target cities, requirements and market context.
• Translate complex information into clear, human language.
• Write and edit persuasive responses to RFIs, RFPs, ITTs, demos.
• Manage inputs from experts and reflect local nuance.
• Own tender document control and version management.
• Contribute to Voi’s tender content library with reusable content.
