As a Bid and Proposal Manager you will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Leading and coordinating the entire bid, estimation and tender management process
• Leading story boarding sessions and facilitating bid review meetings
• Leading the commercial team and training other colleagues as required

As a Bid and Proposal Manager you will have:

• Experience as a Bid Manager or similar role within social housing
• A successful track record of delivering tendering and bids on large–scale contracts
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to assess bid opportunities
• Knowledge of fire protection and social housing regulations
