Job summary

EOS IT Solutions is seeking a Business Intelligence Team Lead to oversee a BI group responsible for dashboards, data modelling, analytics, and tooling initiatives. You will manage team workload, drive operational excellence, and partner with stakeholders to advance EOS's BI capabilities in collaboration with the Data & Governance Lead.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data-focused roles.
• Experience leading delivery workstreams, mentoring analysts or developers, or supervising small teams.
• Demonstrated success delivering high-impact BI or analytics solutions within a fast-paced environment.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead a BI team, overseeing daily delivery, planning, and prioritisation.
• Ensure high-quality outputs across dashboards, data modelling, insights, and tooling activities.
• Review analytical output, modelling accuracy, and dashboard quality prior to stakeholder delivery.
• Supervise the allocation of BAU work, project initiatives, and support tickets across the team.
• Manage performance, coaching, and career development activities for team members.
