Job summary

Psixty is seeking a driven data reporting analyst to join our office-based team. You will design and deliver a comprehensive reporting suite aligned with business KPIs, and continually refine dashboards to improve sales outcomes.

You will work with SQL, Excel, and analytics tools to integrate data from multiple sources, present insights to management, and drive process improvements while ensuring GDPR compliance and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts.
• Ability to join multiple data sources to produce actionable reports.
• Excellent Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Good written and spoken communication abilities.
• Experience with analytics tooling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a daily, weekly and monthly reporting suite in line with KPIs.
• Maintain and update reporting requirements as business changes.
• Implement new reporting to support business strategy.
• Monitor efficiencies and results across departments.
• Present findings to senior and department managers.
• Identify problems and propose comprehensive improvements.
• Automate processes and ensure reports meet business needs.
• Provide in-depth analysis on data and product to maximise sales.
• Keep records compliant with GDPR and policy changes.
• Build reporting dashboards to collate data accessibly.
