Zusammenfassung

Harnham is hiring a Business Intelligence & Visualisation Lead for a nationally recognised organisation at the heart of the UK's tourism industry. This is a remote role with periodic on-site work (Birmingham or London) and a 12-month maternity cover contract, offering up to £60,000.

You will be the sole BI specialist within the Data & Analytics team, owning reporting, dashboarding, and self-service analytics.

Qualifikationen

Significant BI, reporting, or analytics experience.
Strong Power BI experience.
Experience with Azure Databricks.
Experience developing semantic layers and reporting models.
Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements gathering skills.
Experience operating in agile/sprint environments.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.

Aufgaben

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
Build and improve self-service analytics capability across the organisation.
Create robust reporting solutions that support evidence-based decision-making.
Ensure reporting outputs are accurate, scalable, and user-friendly.
Develop and maintain semantic layers and reporting views.
Write SQL and DAX to support reporting requirements.
Work with Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric environments.
Support the transition away from an external data transformation partner.
