Job summary

JobsTrackR is seeking a BI & Insight Analyst in Coventry for a temporary assignment to support a data migration from an existing data warehouse into a Data Lake.

You will extract, validate, cleanse and interpret complex datasets, develop Power BI dashboards, gather reporting requirements and apply SQL to deliver BI solutions. Experience with data migrations, data warehousing, ETL and Microsoft Fabric is advantageous.

BI & Insight Analyst needed in Coventry

This is a temporary role and the rate is £17.47ph PAYE

The reference number is: RQ1788240

The successful candidate will bring strong experience in business intelligence and data analysis, demonstrating the ability to extract, validate, cleanse and interpret complex datasets with accuracy and attention to detail. They will play a central role in supporting a major data migration project, ensuring data quality and integrity as information moves from an existing data warehouse into a new Data Lake environment.

They will have proven capability in developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports, producing clear and meaningful performance and management information, and enabling stakeholders to gain valuable insight from large and varied datasets. They will be confident gathering reporting requirements, improving data quality processes, and applying SQL and other analytical tools to deliver effective BI solutions. Experience of data migration, data warehousing, ETL processes or Microsoft Fabric will be highly advantageous, alongside the ability to work collaboratively with HR teams and other stakeholders, engaging both technical and non‑technical colleagues with ease.
