Job summary

uMed is seeking a BI & Analytics Developer to build and maintain analytics solutions across the business. You will work primarily in Zoho Analytics, designing data models, pipelines, and dashboards that empower operational, product, clinical research, and management reporting.

In this hands-on role you will write SQL, validate data integrity, and collaborate with stakeholders to translate questions into actionable insights. A strong focus on data quality and scalable BI is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with healthcare or clinical research data.
• Strong SQL skills for querying, joining and transforming data.
• Experience building BI solutions with Zoho Analytics, Power BI or similar.
• Understanding of relational data modeling and reporting implications.
• Ability to translate business questions into datasets, analyses and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain datasets, reports, and dashboards within Zoho Analytics.
• Develop data preparation pipelines and transformations to support reporting and analytics.
• Create and maintain query tables using SQL for reporting and analysis.
• Design and maintain data models including relationships and cardinality.
• Build reusable datasets and reporting solutions to enable self-service analytics.
• Apply data modeling and data management best practices across BI solutions.
