Job summary

Reed Talent Solutions is seeking a BI Analyst in Bedford to bridge data, the Debt Team, and the wider organisation. You will deliver insights on MaPS funds use and the debt advice landscape, enabling evidence-based decision making across services.

The role involves cleaning, modelling, and transforming data, building meaningful reports and dashboards, and driving data governance maturity across the Debt Team and MaPS.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering high-quality analysis with minimal supervision.
• Experience delivering Power BI reports and dashboards with engaging visuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to validate outputs and know when to escalate.

Responsibilities

• Deliver insights and analytics to support the Debt Team and wider organisation.
• Develop Power BI products and dashboards; tell the data story and provide recommendations.
• Model, clean and transform data; build robust data models with governance in mind.
• Collaborate with operations, policy and engineering to translate requirements into data products.
