Job summary

McLaren Automotive is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to enable data-driven decision making through dashboards, reporting and insights. You will own data visualisation, drive transformation initiatives and coordinate continuous improvement demand across the business.

You will work with ERP/SAP, MES (Apriso), Power Platform, Power BI, and Dassault tools to deliver measurable value and enable data accessibility.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with data visualisation tools (Power BI, Fabric).
• Experience with data models and structured data sources.
• Experience delivering small to medium projects or change initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with SAP, MES or manufacturing systems beneficial.
• Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform, Dassault ecosystem or similar environments beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (Power BI) that provide clear, actionable insight.
• Translate business requirements into meaningful data visualisations and reporting solutions.
• Improve data accessibility, accuracy and usability across the business.
• Promote a data-driven culture and user adoption of reporting tools.
• Support and drive delivery of business transformation initiatives aligned to strategy.
• Lead small to medium 'mini projects' including data and reporting improvements and digital ecosystem implementations.
• Document management and business software solutions.
• Coordinate delivery with Business Systems Analysts and third-party providers.
• Own the capture, prioritisation and management of CI demand.
• Track and communicate progress, risks and realised benefits.
