W London is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead beverage and food service across the hotel’s vibrant bars and dining areas. You will supervise operations, train staff, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced, luxury setting.

The role requires proven supervisory experience, strong customer service, and knowledge of food safety and allergen management. A flexible, professional approach will help you thrive in a dynamic hospitality team at W London.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Beverage & Food Supervisor or similar.
• Experience in delivering high quality customer service.
• Food Safety/Food Hygiene qualification Level 2 or equivalent.
• Food Allergen Management Certification.
• Strong knowledge of Beverage & Food, such as latest drinks and stock management.
• Intermediate level use of MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Supervise beverage and food service, ensuring smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Be flexible to collaborate with other departments and teams.
• Train new talent, maintaining service standards and product knowledge.
• Assist with beverage and food management duties as needed.
• Deliver Whatever/Whenever service to create memorable guest experiences.
• Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with B&F Management to improve service quality and efficiency.
• Keep guests at the center of all activities and uphold health and safety standards.
