Advance Grid Solutions seeks an experienced Site Manager to oversee HV and BESS construction projects across the UK. You will manage day-to-day site operations, lead multidisciplinary teams, and ensure safe, on-time delivery within budget.

Role requires strong construction project management skills, knowledge of NEC/FIDIC contracts, and a proactive, safety-focused leadership style. A full UK driving licence and relevant certificates are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have proven site management experience on HV, BESS, utilities, power, transmission, or major infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction project management and site delivery.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of NEC/FIDIC contracts and commercial project controls.

Responsabilités

• Manage day-to-day site operations on BESS and HV infrastructure projects.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver projects safely, on time, and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with CDM regulations, company procedures, and health & safety legislation.
• Monitor project progress, quality, costs, and programme performance.
• Maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Manage contractual obligations and support commercial performance.
• Produce accurate site records, reports, and progress updates.
• Identify risks, implement corrective actions, and elevate issues as required.
