A leading renewable energy platform based in Greater London is looking for a Battery Energy Storage Systems Associate to join their Energy Storage team. This role involves developing battery system models, conducting performance simulations, and ensuring successful commissioning of projects. The ideal candidate will have 3–7 years of experience in battery energy storage, a degree in related fields, and a strong ability to model and analyze system performance. Passion for clean energy and innovation is essential.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of professional experience in battery energy storage systems.
• Proven ability to model and analyze performance using simulation tools.
• Experience with SCADA systems and real-time monitoring platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain battery system models.
• Conduct performance simulations and techno-economic assessments.
• Support grid connection studies and oversee system commissioning.

Skills

Modeling and analyzing BESS performance
