Reed is seeking a Workshop Installation Engineer to join a growing team in Coalville, Leicestershire. The role involves electrical installations, fitting equipment and working on bespoke vehicle conversions in a modern workshop.

Qualifications

• 18th Edition qualification.
• Electrical qualification (Level 3 preferred).
• Practical electrical installation experience.
• Full UK manual driving licence.
• Over 21 years old (insurance requirements).
• Held driving licence for a minimum of 2 years.
• Strong hands-on approach and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Electrical installation.
• Fitting and assembly of equipment and components.
• Working on bespoke conversion projects.
• Carpentry and finishing work where required.
• Supporting the wider workshop team on vehicle builds.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and quality.
• Ensuring completed vehicles are clean and customer-ready.
