Job summary

Westbury Windows & Joinery is seeking a Timber Window & Door Assembly Technician to join our Essex manufacturing team. You will assemble bespoke timber windows, doors and roof lantern components, using a range of hand and power tools and ensuring high-quality finishes.

Ideal candidates have experience with timber products, strong attention to detail and a collaborative approach. The role offers a permanent full-time position with opportunities to learn and advance within the company.

Qualifications

• Experience assembling timber products, ideally windows and doors.
• Confident using woodworking hand tools and equipment.
• Experience preparing timber products for painting/finishing is a plus.
• Strong eye for detail and pride in quality work.
• Able to work accurately and safely.

Responsibilities

• Assemble bespoke timber windows, doors and roof lantern components.
• Use hand and power tools to process components.
• Drum sanding and belt changes.
• Prepare timber surfaces for painting and finishing.
