Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and possess the ability to deliver excellent service to our guests.

We seek someone passionate about hospitality, reliable, and eager to learn as part of our growing team.

Duties will include:
  1. Ensuring all employees consistently meet product and service standards.
  2. Providing high levels of guest care while aiming to meet financial and business objectives based on set criteria.
  3. Acting on behalf of the General Manager in their absence.
  4. Conducting quality training and coaching systematically and professionally.
  5. Monitoring and complying with all company policies and legal requirements.
  6. Ensuring adherence to health and safety, food safety, and COSHH legislation, including appropriate training and actions.
  7. Conducting departmental welcome induction according to company standards.
  8. Carrying out performance reviews in line with company policy and setting clear objectives.
