Qualifications

• At least 5 years' proven experience as a Bench Hand Joiner.
• Strong knowledge of woodworking machinery and advanced joinery techniques.
• Experience producing one-of-a-kind, custom-built furniture and fittings.
• Ability to read and interpret detailed technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Operate woodworking machinery with a focus on precision and craftsmanship.
• Laminating and shaping bespoke components.
• Manufacture tailored joinery including reception desks, coffee shop counters, storage displays, cabinetry, wall features, sales counters, and restaurant seating areas.
• Producing flawless finishes and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship on every project.
