An immediate start is possible for a candidate with strong experience in bespoke manufacturing, reading technical drawings, and operating woodworking machinery. The position offers day shifts and the chance to work on premium projects.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' proven experience as a Bench Hand Joiner, ideally within a bespoke manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of woodworking machinery and advanced joinery techniques.
• Demonstrated expertise in producing one-of-a-kind, custom-built furniture and fittings.
• Ability to accurately read and interpret detailed technical drawings and bring them to life.

Responsibilities

• Expert operation of woodworking machinery with a focus on precision and craftsmanship.
• Laminating and shaping bespoke components.
• Manufacturing tailored joinery including reception desks, coffee shop counters, storage displays, cabinetry, wall features, sales counters, and restaurant seating areas.
• Producing flawless finishes and maintaining the highest standards of workmanship on every project.
