You will deliver tailored financial solutions, manage risk, and drive growth in income and market share while building strong, trusted relationships.

The role combines strategic advisory work with hands-on relationship management across Berkshire, offering hybrid working and opportunities to influence the local business community.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships as a strategic advisor to high-value SME clients, placing their needs at the centre of everything you do.
• Deliver tailored Commercial Banking solutions including day-to-day banking, working capital, payments, deposits and lending.
• Drive growth by attracting new clients and expanding revenue, balance sheet and client base.
• Be a local leader in Berkshire, engaging with business communities and external partners to position the Bank as the leading partner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to unlock opportunities and deliver comprehensive financial solutions.
