Nationwide is seeking a Service Consultant to join our Specialist Customer Support team in Swindon. You will support members and their families at important moments, offering calm, clear guidance during bereavement notifications and Power of Attorney processes.

You’ll handle sensitive calls with care, use multiple systems to update cases, and collaborate with colleagues to ensure a brilliant, compassionate service across our nationwide network.

• Refer complex cases to specialist teams and external charities when appropriate
