Job summary

Nationwide Building Society is seeking a Specialist Multi-Skilled Consultant to support customers in need. You’ll be deployed into operational areas and handle a range of tasks to assist customers facing hardship, bereavement, or vulnerability, with training provided.

You will work in a customer-facing role across telephony or administration environments, adapting quickly to changing priorities, and collaborating with colleagues across the UK estate to deliver compassionate, practical help.

Qualifications

• Experience in Financial Services with strong customer relationships.
