Legal & General Group in Cardiff is hiring a Bereavements Customer Advisor to support our existing team on a hybrid basis. You will speak with customers and their loved ones when claims arise, handling sensitive cases with empathy and ensuring accurate case records.

The role requires clear communication, strong listening and attention to detail, with ownership of your caseload and collaboration with colleagues to deliver positive outcomes.
