Job summary

Benugo operates Savill Garden's cafe, seeking an experienced Cafe Supervisor to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will oversee staff, ensure high standard of service, and support management in achieving sales and service targets.

The role requires strong hospitality knowledge, leadership, and a commitment to food safety. Shifts include 5 days out of 7 with weekend work, and the position offers a competitive hourly rate.

We are looking for an experienced Cafe Supervisor to join the team at Savill Garden

As a Cafe Supervisor within this esteemed venue, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hospitality that complements our guests' experience. Your leadership will ensure that our cafe operates to the highest standards, reflecting the quality and excellence that Savill Garden is renowned for.

We Offer:

Rate: £14.50 per hour

Shifts: 5 days out of 7 / Weekends

Contract: Full Time / Part Time

About the Cafe Supervisor role:

• To oversee the day-to-day operations by ensuring that our product and the service we provide are always of the highest standard
• To supervise, manage and motivate the team
• To support the management team in working towards improving sales and service
• To ensure high levels of Food and Health & Safety are always maintained

The ideal candidate will possess good food and beverage knowledge in addition to outstanding customer service and leadership skills.
