Benugo Deutsche Bank is seeking an experienced Barista to join the team at Deutsche Bank in London. Located inside the bank, the café offers a fast-paced, professional environment with a strong community feel, serving a loyal base of regular customers and focusing on excellent service and positive relationships.

We are looking for energetic and personable baristas who thrive under pressure, bring a great attitude and teamwork to every shift, and can maintain high standards during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preparing and serving drinks is required.
• Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of coffee and tea served at Benugo.
• Properly handling and maintaining all coffee equipment.
• Ensuring the customer experience is maintained at the highest standard and food safety is followed.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join the team at Benugo Deutsche Bank

Located inside Deutsche Bank, our café offers a professional and fast-paced working environment with a strong community feel. The café serves a loyal base of regular customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere built on excellent service and positive relationships. We are looking for energetic and personable baristas who thrive under pressure, bring great attitude and teamwork to every shift, and can maintain high standards during busy periods. A positive energy, strong customer focus, and passion for coffee are essential for this role. Our cafes are open from 6.30 to 19.00 Monday to Friday, closed on Bank Holidays.

About the Barista role

• Preparing and serving coffee and tea drinks
• Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of coffee and tea served at Benugo
• Supporting the Head Barista intraining the team
• Properly handlingand maintaining all coffee equipment
• Ensuring the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard
• Ensuring that food safety standards are always followed
• General cleaning duties and general tasks across the site

Previous experience preparing and serving drinks is required.
