Job description

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join the team at Benugo Deutsche Bank

Located inside Deutsche Bank, our café offers a professional and fast‑paced working environment with a strong community feel. The café serves a loyal base of regular customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere built on excellent service and positive relationships. We are looking for energetic and personable baristas who thrive under pressure, bring great attitude and teamwork to every shift, and can maintain high standards during busy periods. A positive energy, strong customer focus, and passion for coffee are essential for this role. Our cafés are open from 6.30 to 19.00 Monday to Friday, closed on Bank Holidays.

About the Barista role:

Preparing and serving coffee and tea drinks

Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of coffee and tea served at Benugo

Supporting the Head Barista intraining the team

Properly handlingand maintaining all coffee equipment

Ensuring the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard

Ensuring that food safety standards are always followed

• General cleaning duties and general tasks across the site

Previous experience preparing and serving drinks is required.
