Job summary

Benugo John Lewis Norwich is seeking an experienced Barista to join the team. You will prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks, while maintaining expert coffee knowledge and supporting the Head Barista in training the team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preparing and serving drinks.
• Knowledge of coffee and tea.
• Ability to train and support teammates.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and tea drinks to customers.
• Develop and maintain expert knowledge of coffee and tea offerings.
• Support Head Barista in training the team.
• Operate and maintain coffee equipment to ensure quality and safety.
• Ensure high standard of customer experience and food safety.
• Carry out cleaning and general tasks across the site.

About the Barista role:

Preparing and serving coffee and tea drinks

Developing and maintaining expert knowledge of coffee and tea served at Benugo

Supporting the Head Barista intraining the team

Properly handlingand maintainng all coffee equipment

Ensuring the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard

Ensuring that food safety standards are always followed

• General cleaning duties and general tasks across the site

Previous experience preparing and serving drinks is required.
