Job summary

Bentley Birmingham, part of the Sytner Group, is seeking an Aftersales Driver to collect and deliver vehicles with a focus on exceptional customer service. You will help with vehicle handovers, communicate ETA updates, and ensure customer satisfaction at every step.

As part of a small team, you may also assist with light valet tasks and occasional truck/trailer work, all while maintaining safe driving practices and timely drop-offs in the local area.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail to check vehicles for safety and blemishes.
• Strong organisation and planning to manage multiple drops efficiently.
• Knowledge of local area and navigation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and deliver vehicles from customers' homes to the dealership and back.
• Advise customers of estimated arrival times by phone and provide updates.
• Provide a warm, professional welcome on arrival and maintain high customer service levels.
• Support the team with minor valet work and potential truck/trailer duties.

About the role

Bentley Birmingham is looking for a punctual and enthusiastic Aftersales Driver to join our fantastic team! As a Aftersales Driver, you should share your passion for our brand every day and immerse customers in the world of Bentley.

You will collect and deliver vehicles from our customers' homes to the dealership and back again, providing friendly and attentive service at all times. You will be advising customers of estimated arrival times via telephone, contacting them with updates and providing a warm and professional welcome on arrival.

You will be part of a team of 5 who also mini valet cars prior to the return to the client and there could also be some pick up truck and trailer work available.

You will ensure that we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of customer service; take the time to build a genuine rapport with them to ensure excellent service from Bentley is achieved even if they're not visiting our showroom.

This is a full-time role which can include Saturday mornings to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You

Ideally, you will have previous experience working with a premium brand and an understanding of the automotive industry, however, this is not essential.

You should have excellent attention to detail as you will checking over each vehicle to ensure your safety when driving, as well as identifying any blemishes or damage on the vehicle. Organisation skills are paramount in this role, as you will be responsible for planning multiple drops with efficiency in mind at all times.

Knowledge of the local area will be beneficial as well as excellent navigational skills.
