Thomas International is seeking a proactive Business Development Associate to identify and engage organisations across Benelux, evolving from prospecting to more of the sales cycle as you grow. You will work closely with the Benelux Account Executive to create meaningful commercial opportunities.

You’ll need to be fluent in Dutch and English, and genuinely enjoy prospecting and building relationships. The role offers hybrid working with office days in Manchester and regional travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch and English for commercial conversations with customers.
• Outbound prospecting is essential; comfortable picking up the phone and creating opportunities.
• Able to develop pipeline and progress prospects through early sales stages, potentially closing deals.

Responsibilities

• Create new business opportunities by researching target organisations in Benelux.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand priorities and buying process.
• Progress opportunities through early stages of the sales cycle and take ownership as experience grows.
• Maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline and contribute to reliable forecasts.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to improve targeting and campaigns.
