Job summary

BPP, part of the Lyceum Education Group, is seeking an experienced Benefits & Wellbeing Manager to lead our employee benefits, wellbeing and recognition initiatives. You will develop engaging communications, drive campaigns and partner with HR and external providers to deliver a measurable wellbeing strategy and a refreshed benefits offering across the group.

Your role includes managing the benefits experience, renewals, campaigns and integration during change, while leveraging data to improve

Qualifications

• Experience in benefits, reward, wellbeing, HR operations or employee experience.
• Ability to translate benefits information into clear, engaging communications.
• Experience supporting wellbeing initiatives or employee engagement activities.
• Experience designing, managing or supporting recognition programmes or culture-building campaigns.
• Strong planning and delivery skills, with ability to manage campaigns, timelines and multiple stakeholders.
• Comfortable using employee feedback, trends, and simple reporting to shape priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own the employee experience of benefits across BPP and develop a measurable wellbeing strategy.
• Develop engaging communications, guidance and campaigns to increase awareness and utilisation of benefits.
• Partner with senior HR and external providers to deliver a seamless benefits offering.
• Support benefits renewals, enrolment activities and colleague engagement initiatives.
• Use data insights to improve benefits communications and processes.
• Lead wellbeing campaigns and the group-wide wellbeing strategy across mental, physical and financial wellbeing.
