A recruitment agency specializing in financial services is seeking an experienced Benefits Technician in London. This role involves administering pension benefits and supporting the team in operations. Applicants should have at least 2 years of pension administration experience and a strong understanding of DB calculations. Initially, this position will be in-office five days a week, transitioning to two days post-training.

At Alexander Lloyd, we are supporting a trustee organisation that are seeking an experienced Benefits Technician to join the team in London.

Role & Responsibilities

• Administering the Scheme’s benefits in accordance with Scheme rules
• Providing full cradle to grave pension administration for members
• Support Senior Technicians with the smooth running of the team
• Must have at least 2 year’s Pension Administration experience
• Experience in cradle to grave DB administration
• Strong understanding of DB pension administration calculations

This role would be 5 days a week in their London office which will reduce to 2 days a week in the office after an initial period of training.
