Job summary

Aon is seeking a Team Leader to manage a team of Employee Benefits Consultants across Healthcare and Risk Benefits. This hybrid role offers work from home and offices in Leeds or Manchester, with client-facing duties.

You will lead performance, drive revenue, ensure regulatory compliance, and foster a high-performance culture. Collaborate with peers across Aon Health to deliver consultancy and advisory services for SME clients, maximizing value and revenue.

Qualifications
