Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is hiring two Project Managers to oversee renewal and implementation of clients onto the Gallagher Guide benefits platform. You will ensure seamless delivery, manage client expectations, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to hit deadlines.

The role requires a recognised project management qualification, and experience in UK Online or Flexible Benefits industries, with strong client and stakeholder management skills for fast‑paced environments.

Qualifications

• Recognised project management qualification.
• Experience managing projects in UK Online or Flexible Benefits sectors preferred.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Define project objectives and requirements with consultants and clients.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, logs, and timelines.
• Own the project process; align stakeholders and meet deadlines.
• Deliver Gallagher Guide sites based on fact-find documents.
• Manage timescales and communicate changes to clients.
• Allocate resources effectively for project delivery.
• Respond to support queries within service levels.
• Lead renewals and new builds with planning and post-implementation reviews.
