Job summary

Gallagher Benefit Services is seeking two dynamic Project Managers to oversee the renewal and implementation of clients onto the Gallagher Guide benefits platform, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding client expectations.

You will collaborate with consultants and clients to define objectives, build detailed plans, manage timescales, and coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver Gallagher Guide sites on time and to a high standard of client service.

Qualifications

• Recognised Project Management qualification.
• Demonstrable project management experience in UK Employee Benefits or broader Financial Services industries.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage project objectives and requirements with consultants and clients.
• Create and maintain detailed project plans, logs, and timelines.
• Own the project process and ensure alignment among stakeholders and deadlines.
• Deliver Gallagher Guide sites for clients based on fact-find documents.
• Manage timescales and communicate changes to clients.
• Allocate resources efficiently to ensure delivery.
• Respond to support queries within SLAs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Act as main contact for scheme implementation enquiries.
• Lead Gallagher Guide renewals and new builds with planning and post-implementation reviews.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet project deadlines.

You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the renewal and implementation of clients onto our cutting-edge Gallagher Guide benefits platform, ensuring seamless delivery and exceeding client expectations.

How you'll make an impact

As a Project Manager, you'll be at the heart of our client delivery process. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with consultants and clients to define project objectives and requirements.
• Building and maintaining detailed project plans, logs, and timelines.
• Taking ownership of the project process, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met.
• Delivering Gallagher Guide sites for clients based on fact‑find documents.
• Managing timescales and communicating any changes to clients.
• Efficiently
  allocating resources to ensure effective project delivery.
• Responding to support queries within prescribed service levels.
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Acting as the main point of contact for scheme implementation enquiries.
• Leading Gallagher Guide renewals and new builds, including planning, task updates, and post‑implementation reviews.
• Collaborating with other departments to meet project deadlines.

About You

We're seeking individuals who are not only skilled but also passionate about delivering excellence. To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A recognised Project Management qualification.
• Demonstrable project management experience; within the UK Employee Benefits or broader Financial Services industries. Ideally, previous experience in an employee benefits business.
• Strong client management and communication skills.
• Excellent coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
• A self‑motivated, proactive, and detail‑oriented approach.
• The ability to work well under
  pressure and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• A willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
