We're now looking for a Benefits Manager to join our Reward team and play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering our benefits strategy globally, with a particular focus on the UK & APAC market.
Reporting to the VP of Global Benefits , this role will be instrumental in developing the tools, principles, and frameworks that support Pearson's total reward strategy. You'll work closely with our HR Operations, Technology, and cross-functional teams to deliver a consistent and high-quality employee experience.
