Job description

YOUR MISSION AT VOI

As the Compensation & Benefits Manager, you will oversee the Compensation & Benefits function at Voi. Your responsibilities include ensuring our offerings are competitive and attractive, compliant with legal requirements, and continuously improving internal structures and processes for fair compensation management. Your key duties will be:

  1. Developing and implementing strategic compensation and benefits programs.
  2. Analyzing compensation data to maintain market competitiveness and updating internal structures accordingly.
  3. Maintaining and developing Voi's job structure and managing recurring compensation reviews.
  4. Ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations, collaborating with legal and other teams to develop the Voi option program.
  5. Partnering with HR and finance teams to budget and administer compensation and benefits.
  6. Managing employee benefits programs such as health insurance, pensions, and wellness initiatives.
  7. Creating training materials and providing ongoing guidance to employees and managers on compensation and benefits topics.
  8. Managing incentive compensation programs, both regular and one-time.
  9. Monitoring industry trends, participating in cross-functional projects to enhance offerings and streamline processes.

WHAT YOU NEED TO EMBARK

We seek an analytical and detail-oriented compensation & benefits professional capable of interpreting complex data, managing projects, and communicating effectively across the organization. Fluent English skills are essential, and the ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant education in human resources, business administration, or related fields
  • Over 5 years of experience in comprehensive compensation and benefits management, preferably in an international environment
  • Deep knowledge of laws, regulations, and best practices in compensation and benefits
  • Experience with HRIS and compensation management software
