Job summary

Renishaw is seeking a Benefits Coordinator to join our Human Resources team and support the administration and delivery of employee benefits across the organisation. This role acts as a first point of contact for benefit queries, providing guidance and admin support across pension, healthcare, insurance and wellbeing schemes, while maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely service delivery.

• Knowledge of employee benefit schemes and how they are administered.
• Experience with HR-related benefit processes is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills to explain benefits clearly.
• Ability to organize tasks, manage time and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support the administration and operation of our UK employee benefits.
• Assist employees with queries regarding our benefit schemes.
• Engage employees to raise awareness and usage of benefits through various channels.
• Support renewals with benefit vendors and manage ongoing relationships.
• Contribute to projects to introduce new benefits and enhance existing ones.
• Develop MI dashboards for benefit usage and engagement.
