Servaada, the UK FCA-authorised entity of Wipro, seeks a Financial Change Analyst to lead the change cost and benefits framework. You will review business cases, forecasts and benefit assumptions, and track programme costs, budgets, forecasts and variances.

You will produce dashboards and analyses for senior stakeholders, support decision-making with clear portfolio insights, and work with Finance and PPM teams to improve reporting data quality and processes.

• Experience managing costs, benefits and business cases in financial services.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting skills.
• Experience tracking and measuring business benefits.
• Ability to analyse data and provide clear recommendations.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities.
• Experience with portfolio management, finance and reporting tools.

What You Will Be Doing

• Review and challenge business cases, forecasts and benefit assumptions.
