Job summary

Wipro UK seeks an experienced Programme Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives for clients. You will plan, govern and deliver across multiple workstreams, coordinating project managers and business analysts to ensure value delivery.

The role emphasises stakeholder management, budget oversight and clear governance. You will report to senior leadership and support business readiness, transition activities and benefits tracking.

What We Are Looking For

Essential

• Strong Life & Pensions experience.
• Proven experience leading complex transformation programmes.
• Experience managing Project Managers and delivery teams.
• Strong programme governance, planning and risk management skills.
• Experience managing budgets, forecasts and benefits.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methods.

Desirable

• Experience delivering large-scale business transformation.
• Financial services outsourcing or service-provider experience.
• Experience with operating model change, automation or platform modernisation.
• MSP, PRINCE2, PMP or similar qualifications.
